Cesar Cielo was the best Brazilian swimmer of that period, and one of the greatest exponents of national sports. The concept was to portray him as a powerful man. In a Tuxedo, Cielo plunged for two hours at hotel Unique’s pool, in São Paulo. And left the place as a lord of waters. It was springtime, so the photo shooting was planned for direct sunlight. In opposition to our plans, that day was the coldest in months, so I decided to go in the opposite direction and emphasize the cold color temperature, inspired by Batman's movies color schemes. The determined look and cold light used reinforce the idea of grandeur.
